How Do I Wire a DA100 or DA200 Series Timer?

DA100 & DA200 Series Wiring Guide Alternate Using (QTY.2) B866- 500

The DA100 and DA200 series have been obsoleted and we have found that there is an alternative that can replace these units by using two of the B866-500 along with matching socket of part number 60SR3P06 or smaller sockets such as the IDEC SR3P-05. The smaller the socket will make the assembly much smaller when placed in a panel.

Key positive features of the B866 series is that the adjustment capabilities of using different timing modes and time range all in one unit. You will be programming this to your time range on the “On” and “Off” timers by turning the Phillips screwdriver as shown in the diagram below. Also, you will turn the other Phillips screw for the operation mode display to “I” for Interval shown in Detail “A” below.

Once you have set the units up for your application then you will wire the two timers as shown below. This will
give you a timer for the “On” time and another separate timer for “Off” time.
